If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Customized or personalized items, including products with embroidery or made-to-order fabric selections, are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
